World Music Conservatory was founded by the renowned percussionist Gopi, Carnatic vocalist Sangeetha Srikishen and management consultant Sathish Varadharajan in the year 2008.
Drummer Gopi
Gopi is a Renowned Percussionist and Drum Expert at World Music Conservatory. Raised in a musical family, he discovered his passion for rhythm early, learning from his father and mastering the Tabla. Gopi’s global performances and training with legendary teachers have shaped his unique style. He has played with top Bollywood artists and collected rare percussion instruments from around the world. Sangeetha Srikishen
Sangeetha Srikishen is a talented Carnatic vocalist and entrepreneur with a passion for Indian classical music. She began singing at age 5, leading Sai Bhajans at religious gatherings alongside her mother, a skilled violinist. Sangeetha’s early inspiration led her to study music under some of India’s finest musicians. She holds a postgraduate degree in Music from Mysore University. Sangeetha brings her expertise and soulful voice to the World Music Conservatory, inspiring students and audiences alike.
