At the end of the course, the student will be able to sense and hit a given key, sing along to a melody, exhibit proper breathing techniques while singing, understand pronunciation and vowel influence, learn how to take care of the vocal chords and how to prepare/ warm-up before singing.

The student will be able to classify his/her vocal range and will be able to sing along to any accompaniment with a basic sense of rhythm and pitch.

At the end of the course, students will be able to improvise in their own style and individuality, sing licks and runs in their own style, and understand vocal vibrato.He/she would have completed at least one song in various given genres, understand advanced harmonies and learn how to sing in a large group of different vocal groups in choirs and Acapella groups, and gradually expand their vocal range.

The student will understand how to work the stage in a stage performance and how to hold the microphone correctly. Also the importance of sound checks and stage presence to engage the audience
